I'm trying to install mongodb-1.4.2 for php 7.0.10.I have tow version php on wampserver php 5.6.25 & php 7.0.10.I can install mongodb-1.4.2 for php 5.6.25 but i can not do that for php 7.0.10. Doesn't appear to provide any information beyond what you already shared in.

If the 'mongodb' extension appears to be loaded when running phpinfo from a web environment, but not when running Composer via the command line, that means you have only added extension=phpmongodb.dll to the php.ini file used by the web environment. It must also be added to the CLI environment's php.ini file.
